Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Weiser Towing & Auto Repair (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Weiser Towing & Auto Repair provides towing, roadside assistance, and automotive repair services in Western Idaho and Eastern Oregon. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Emergency towing and recovery
• Roadside assistance (jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, fuel delivery)
• Automotive repair and maintenance
• Vehicle transport

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various forms of payment and work with most motor clubs and insurance companies. Customers are responsible for any charges not covered by third-party payers.

Service Authorization

By requesting our services, you authorize us to tow, transport, or perform repairs on your vehicle as discussed. For repair services, we will provide estimates before beginning work when possible. Additional repairs discovered during service will require your approval before proceeding.

Limitation of Liability

We exercise reasonable care in providing our services. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to vehicles
• Personal property left in vehicles
• Delays caused by weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control
• Consequential damages arising from service delays

Our liability is limited to the direct cost of services provided.

Vehicle Storage

If your vehicle requires storage, daily storage fees may apply. We are not responsible for personal items left in stored vehicles. Vehicles not claimed within the legally required timeframe may be subject to lien and disposal procedures under Idaho or Oregon law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weiser Towing & Auto Repair from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Idaho.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
